Can't connect to game and my 14 dan ban JUST ENDED

I wanted to play 1 quick aram and I cant even get in loading screen, It just says "skip waiting for stats". I tried restarting and everything, just wanna post this so If i get perma ban it's not my fault.

Just further behaviour of the sort that got you the 14 day ban will get you the permaban.
