ESports Permanent Skins from MSI Orbs not Showing in Collection

Title. I got SSG Taliyah, TPA Shen, and FNC Janna permanents from orbs so far, and there could be a few others maybe that I just don't remember. But, none of them show in the Skin tab in Collection.
