Tahm Kench Ult Camera Bug

Ever since the servers went down last night, whenever I play Tahm Kench I get a weird bug at least once or twice a game where when I use my ult the camera becomes fixated on Tahm Kench and I am unable to move it off of him. Pressing the "y" key on my keyboard or clicking on the minimap won't do anything. The camera always remains centered on Kench. This camera bug usually will last either the entire game or until I ult again/die/sometimes place a blue ward? Not really sure what triggers my camera to have free roam again. It has been happening quite frequently so I would appreciate this issue being looked into. :)
