Nami bubble bug with Vi

I just played a game where my Nami Q (Aqua Prison) would not CC the jungler Vi. It wasn't during her ult, it was during her Q and it happened 3 times during the match. Plus there were 2 more times where it didn't CC her during regular movement. Please fix this, it makes it so that Nami has no counterplay at all against Vi.
