Crash w targeted summoners and item active

Hi, I filled a bugsplat but just to help a bit more I'm reporting the bug here.

My game right now crash every time I cast a targeted summoner or a targeted item active.

It doesn't crash when using the trinkets or self targeted summoner or active item. I hope this report will help a little.
