gameplay jarvan bug

First I'd like to first appolagize that I don't have video to show. It happened between enimie blue buff and wolf camp I was playing riven and being chased by lee sin and jarvan. Well running away jarvan used his ultimate to try and lock me inside to fight: which wouldn't be a reason to report, though the reason I am is because i was outside of his ult. but my character stood still abit off the ground, where it would continue flickering two of her running animations. During that time I couldn't do anything until the ult ended and although i almost escaped even with the bug i felt naturally i should report it. I used my E and 3rd Q right as he ulted. It happened in the game 19:00 minutes roughly I'm sure you have records to figure out what happened. thank you for reading and I hope you can figure out how this happened so other players don't suffer it as well.
