A Jhin Bug, please fix

I just played a game as Jhin and, when I first loaded into the game, I had no gold and no champions appeared until I relogged. This seems to only happen on Jhin, as I've played several games today and it hasn't happened on any of them. Why I believe this is a bug and not something on my end is, first off I've been playing League of Legends with the exact same setup I have for a few months now and second, I watched a video by the YouTuber JayneeWasTaken, titled Jhin Jan, where the same exact thing happened to her. I've only played 1 Jhin game today so I don't know if it's every game someone plays as him, however I have noticed a distinct lack of Jhins in my games today, possibly due to this bug. Until then, I'd advise not playing Jhin until it is patched out. This issue can cause some major issues with gameplay. I was mid lane against an AP Ezreal, who just got to free farm levels 1-3 while I was relogging, and by the time I got back into lane, he was level 4 and able to just bully me and carry the game. The rest of the lanes didn't even do that badly, but this Ezreal got fed due to the bug putting me extremely behind in lane and him just being able to kill me any time I got close enough to farm.
