Negative Influence???

So this is odd, I had 3160 IP and decided to purchase Twitch. Once I did, it didn't subtract the amount and instead simply gave me negative influence points.

How to recreate:

1. Purchase a Champion (im assuming with available IP close to the price of the champion)
2. Watch as it says -X amount of IP.
