Yasuo Ultimate Crash [Gameplay, Client]

The title says it all. Whenever I do a mass ultimate from Yasuo, the game crashes. This could be client related as my PC is above the recommended specs.

To reproduce, 1.) have 3-5 enemy champions knocked into the air. 2.) Once then, use Yasuo's Ultimate on said enemies.

For me, this has happened every ultimate I execute with the 3-5 enemies in the air at once. As said before, my PC is above the recommended specs, so it may be client related.
