Resizing the Pop-out chat window makes it auto-snap to a much larger size and then crash.

Basically, as soon as I try to resize the pop-out chat window it snaps to a much larger size (I think it's trying to snap to fill my 4K monitor but it's not even realigning with the screen and starts spreading over to my secondary 1920x1080p monitor). As soon as it auto-snaps, I get a bug splat and the pop-out window goes blank forcing me to Alt+F4 the window (but it does not seem to require me to restart the client).

I can give system specs and run scans if you cannot replicate the bug on your end.
