Unbound Menu Escape Hotkey - Bug that has been around for at least 5 years

If you unbind "Open Menu" hotkey from "Escape" button, you can't bind it back because pressing "Escape" closes the Menu window. Fixing it in input file doesn't work either. I won't press hotkeys to default, it's you who should fix this ridiculous interface flaw.
