Void Staff Exploit? (with Video Explaining how it works)

Supposedly, if you buy Void Staff and then undo the purchase, you still get about 8 seconds of Void Staff's effect, works not just with Karthus, but most champions with Global Ultimates. Apparently, this has always been a thing, but I thought I'd help try to spread the word.
