Illaoi VO when Game Starts

After the game finishes loading and the match starts (OO:OO), if I have the game minimized I will hear Illaoi say her "I should buy everyone one of these" line. This occurs immediately at 00:00 even before I buy anything. I can't remember if this happens when the game is NOT minimized.

Also, I was pushing Joke and Taunt alot against Gangplank top but didn't hear any different lines for him, I thought for sure she was supposed to have lines for him.
