Just lost a game due to guardian angel bug

took their adc 2-3 times the normal duration to revive, i waited to stomp her when she came up as the tank, taking damage, as killing her would end the game for us, she never comes up, i get killed trying to calculate something that is apparently broken, we lose game, trying to play correctly has made me lose LP.

i'm also noticing when i play pantheon it will sit at the zero second counter on my ult and i will just not drop for up to an extra 2 seconds, again when trying to time things this is game breaking, my ping never moves from 37ms so idk wtf is going on here, but when little things count i'm being defeated by game bugs.
