Be careful about Alt+tab during banning phase

This has now happened a total of 3 times to me, and will now just warn others of this issue. It appears that during the banning phase, if you alt + tab during the banning phase, it can cause your client to act in a weird way. The first and last time, the client would state that all of my teammates left the lobby, timer would go down for whoever's at ban phase until 0, then just freeze for a long time until I get kicked from the lobby and told that I had apparently failed to select a ban or champion. Even though I could still alter my pick intent, summoner spells, runes, and masteries, everything else was frozen. For the second instance, instead of freezing, the client instead would not work properly when I would press the lock in button and instead would think I was trying to change summoner spells. I attempted to click lock in a total of 3 times with each one selecting the SS buttons, which I'm certain I wouldn't misclick 3 times in a row especially with the last one being careful. I'm running windows 8.1 so be careful if you're a windows 8 user about this alt + tab scenario.

(btw yes I sent in a support ticket, this is more a warning to the rest of the community about this issue)

EDIT: Just happened a FOURTH time now...officially counted as 3 dodges for today, none of which were my own doing from a mistake or anything, just a bug I couldn't control. In total I've lost 36 lp from this (3 from one day, then 3 + 10 + 20 from today) This wasn't from an alt+tab however. This time I just minimized the client and went to google chrome. I'm done playing ranked until this gets fixed. Really hoping there can be some compensation for this since it's completely out of my own control :/
