Nocturne can fear Vladimir while in pool
Why is he able to do this? Vladimir is supposed to be untagetable while he's in his pool, but for some reason Nocturne is still able to get the fear off.

Tethers aren't broken by untargetability the same way DoTs aren't. If you've already been hit by it, you're out of luck.
Its the same with Morg, Kled, LB, Fiddle, Karma, etc.
