Kindred isn't getting all their marks

Whenever I play Kindred, I notice that sometimes I won't get any mark bonus for creatures in the enemy jungle that were marked. I thought it was just the wrong mark color when it was double Kindred, but recently when I'm playing the only Kindred, I found out that some of the marked jungle camps and scuttle don't give me the stack when it's killed.

It doesn't happen all the time, but it's about A 50 50 chance. It seems to happen a lot more on the raptors and bottom scuttle crab than the others.

I am literally going through the same issue right now. I just finished a game where I could only collect 4 jungle marks and stayed there the entirety of the game because whenever i tried to get the others it just didn't give them too me. This even happened on champion kills or assists. If i would have gotten all of mine (up to six for the jungle camps of course) I probably would have been at about 10 marks. This is really disappointing due to the fact I was really excited for Kindred and I love playing them, but now it's not really fun.
