Kled is not stunning from Taric's Dazzle

Kled isn't dismounting - I'm aware that breaks CC - he's flat out not being stunned if I hit him with Dazzle while he has me hooked. This is fucking ridiculous. He needs to be nerfed into the ground if he's got this much CC immunity.
