I can't reconnect/start any other games because of my client

So, I apparently had crashed out of a game. When I pressed the reconnect button, it would bring me to a loading black screen then after a minute of waiting, show me this.

It's been an hour now, so why am I still on this screen? I can't get back to the normal client screen, and I have restarted my computer, despite it's oddities. Help?
