So uhh, URF broke my League Client.

I downloaded the patch... and league crashed. Now it won't open, at all, and nothing fixes it, so i guess it's re-install time boys.

I re-installed, and still can't open the client. I have no idea why, but it just refuses to open and re-installing didn't even fix it.

So as it turns out, de-activating IPv6 fixes this, no freakin idea why since if it was a problem you'd think it would have been one for the last year and a half but I guess it just chose to act up now.
