Blue Trinket Says NO!
The bug is: purchasing blue trinket (475g) will place it on cooldown.

how is that a bug lol
selling your trinket to buy a different colour puts it on cooldown, purchasing the upgraded version should not place it on cooldown, therefore it is a bug when the purchased tier 3 upgrade places your trinket on cooldown
i did state 475g in the opening, to clarify it is the upgrade not selling trinket for another colour
