Tahm Kench Camera Bug Still Here Several Months Later

I've made threads about this before but Riot doesn't seem to care about our resident catfish . :( When using Tahm Kench's ult in game often times the camera will auto-lock onto Tahm himself and there is no way to move the camera off of him. This bug is extremely annoying and I wish it would be fixed already as it really turns me off of one of my favorite champions in the game and makes me think twice before clicking the "R" button.
