The Neeko W bug isn't what everyone thinks

Some people are saying this bug is making Neeko broken and must be hotfixed thinking she can W forever but in fact it doesn't Neeko now can attack towers forever without Applying a single stack with her W However , if you attack a minion Twice and your W empowered auto is ready , by attacking the tower , your W passive is ready forever , however , that's kind of wrong , it's literally the animation only being applied on towers forever , despite seeing Neeko using her Empowered W auto on towers forever , it's simply her normal mage auto attack with a false animation , so it's nothing to abuse
