6.24 Did NOT Completely Fix Ziggs' Passive

It's nice that Ziggs' passive isn't wasted on plants anymore, however there are still issues. I've still seen it applied to Jhin traps, Kalista Sentinels and I think Illaoi plants. It's such a basic thing.
