[Shop bug?] Undoing purchases makes you lose HP in base

Is this intentional?

Basically, if you go into base hurt, and you get, say, 5 potions, upon purchase, that will immediately heal you for some amount of health. If you undo the purchase, you actually take damage inside the fountain. It undoes the healing done from the fountain.

Repro steps: 1: Get hurt 2: Recall 3: Buy and sell something quickly (easily seen with potions)

You'll notice your health both jump up when you purchase items and then jump back down when you undo those purchases. This may be intended, I'm not sure. But I figured I'd post it anyway.
