Karma RQ - Tooltip Error

In client, the ability icon tells me that Karma's RQ damage (second explosion) has a 40% AP ratio, but it actually still has a 60% AP ratio. I tested it in the practice tool to make sure. Old values are correct, tooltip is wrong.

This is likely due to the nerf to her recent base Q (whose ratio turned from 60% AP to 40% AP) Apparantly somebody mistakenly changed the tooltip ratios for both Q and RQ, since both parts used to have the same ratio.
