Scoreboard and Death Recap being far too oversized, can't change.

For ranked games the scoreboard and death recap take up the entire screen making it difficult to do a quick glance at the information I want while being able to tell what's happening otherwise. I've tried but have been unsuccessful in changing the size to both of these. Not sure if this is just a bug that came with the most recent patch due to the addition of the other HUD for normal games. I just want to be able to change the size :(
