999 ping & game not loading

I loaded the game, joined a match and when I was about to get into the loading screen my screen was just black, I force quit the game and I couldn't join it even if I tried again.

But eventually when I did manage to get to the loading screen, I saw that I had 999 ping and I got into the game only to have it crash the next second, which then led me to the blue screen of death screen on my pc which meant that I had to restart my pc.
