Anyone feel like client is buggy after patch 6.9?

when launching DQ, majority of the time it will say "an error has occured recommand you to restart your client".

in champ select it sometimes auto dodge saying "you failed to lock in a champion/ban" even tho the timer has not gone to 0. I had once it auto dodge when my turn just started. Some times clicking on the champion icon won't select the champion and cause the champ select to dodge. some times clicking the lock in button doesn't do anything or the lock in command is only processed few seconds later.

in game there is often random lag spikes that is not related to my internet(my ping is usually 50 ms and I play in midnight when there is no.internet traffic).

anyone else experienced any of these?

Dude I cannot even get past the match loading screen after champion select. It either goes black or it doesn't load period and says I've disconnected from the internet before it shows that the game crashed. I don't know what the hell they did but they need to fix this. I guess they're not though, I've heard they sold out to China so there probably won't be too much improvement on bug fixes.

Client is buggy since season 4 at least.

Stops responding. Responds with a huge delay. Decides that i can't go into the shop. Decides that i can't view my profile or my friends profiles.

Funny enough it never prevented me from buying RP... humm... FOCUS!

Yes I have seen it happen. The client is poorly coded and I wouldn't be surprised if the game servers would sometimes fail to synchronize with the client resulting in the display of incorrect timers.

Ya, and my friends either get randomly removed, or I can't see them on my friends list. Or, when one of my friends log off, they don't disappear, and leave a shorter box instead.

For the past couple of months League of Legends has become unplayable. Not because of balance issues or anything like that, I actually like all the changes I think they are headed in the right direction. That being said I see PvP.net disconnected more often than I actually play the game. I can't even play the game and I feel that riot doesn't care enough to fix the issue because I can't be the only person having this problem, and it's been months and they haven't fixed it. I love this game and I've invested so much time into it, but if it doesn't get fixed soon I'm just going to have to leave and take my business elsewhere with a company that will fix their problems or at least address me about it and apologize and give me a fake reply saying that they will get right on it, it'd be more than riot has ever done for me in the past 4 years of me playing this game anyway. item 3070

Restart the client message always pops up in my party lobby. ALWAYS. Also, I was stuck along with my 4 other teammates in an ARAM game lobby for 10 minutes before everyone started leaving... Even then, we are greeted by a reconnect button upon login. The button doesn't bring us back in the game.

Well for me, when the game started, just a few minutes into the game, the game froze for me (the characters and minions were just standing in one place and I could not move my character, in this case skarner), even though my computer, controls and internet were completely fine. I tried restarting the game again, but within a few seconds the same issue happened again. I had to give up and go afk because of that problem and now I'm in low priority too even though it was just one game. Riot please get me off of this queue. It's not my fault that I had to go afk, if the servers/game aren't responding, then I can't do much to help in the game and it isn't right that I'm in lower queue because of server issues.

the game just crashes while loading into the game about 99% in and boom it goes again and again i keep reconnecting and i got 20mins of leaver buster for the game crappping on me item 3070

My top bugs for this patch.

Friends list constantly having a breakdown and reordering itself.
On going into a game lobby, 100% chance of getting "There was an error processing a message from the server". Going into other menus only has about 80% chance.

Luckily I have avoided being outright dropped from games or 'false dodged' in champ select.

Yupp. It's garbage. The client seems to glitch if I change windows. Like if I have the queue running on this client and I pull up facebook or Netflix, that's when I experience 10 minute queues, and if I do so in matchmaking, the client freezes at 0, or continuously ticks. Both times locking me out and forcing me to restart. AND OF COURSE. It penalizes me.

Riot. This is garbage, and it's been happening nonstop since the new queue, and the release of hextech. Fix it.

not that. also, the chat is full of bugs. and some summoner icons of my friends doesn't show up. I get that "... restart the client" everytime I get in a room, or I create one. it's annoying. please Riot, do something

I have had this exact same problem. No matter what I do (restart League, shutoff computer) error message usually pops up. My game will end up crashing and I got a low priority queue for 5 games because of this (20 whole minutes!). Please fix this, Riot.

I queued for ranked and then had the client close itself on me then as i log back in and re-queue it send me into the previous champ select screen the client just closed on and then spit me out of queue and put me on 30 min punishment for leaving game twice. WTF? [zombie-brand-mindblown]

Things feel a lot more clunky to me now. The champions on the champion load screen take forever to come up now. So weird since I never had the problem before.

The client has always been pretty buggy, the friends list seems to have some weird issues lately too, and saying stuff like players are in game when they're not, or when I add a new friend sometimes they are not added to the list until I log out.

I've also been getting the error you talk about where the champ select won't load, and it either goes to black screen then says I didn't select, or it goes instantly to 'you failed to select'. But, I've never had the one where I can't click a champion, just the black screen which doesn't allow me to pick any

I've also been getting the random delay, which oddly seems to usually happen under turret, but I've always got that sporadically - where I will have no internet problems 20 ms ping and 45+ fps, but get a random rubberband / lag spike issue for like 3-5 seconds then everything's fine. Usually when this happens it'll happen 3-4 times in one game, and then it won't happen for 20 or more games and I forget about it until it happens again.

ya its so buggy i just entered a game then it made me exit to desktop then when i go back to league it never opens i tried restarting my pc and and my wifi has no problems 100% a bug

I get lag spikes more recently ever since 6.9 and at least half the time I make a custom game I get an error message.

This is all riots fault they need to fix this right now they to either terminate 6.9 patch or add patch 6.10 so that we can still play because I have not been able to play since the patch has been released.[slayer-jinx-unamused]

I've experienced some of the problems you had at first, not so much now. However I have been getting these weird bugs with the victory/defeat screen. It won't let me click the button to get out, and I have to force close the client. Not only that, but occasionally when League is open (typically when the victory bug is happening), my mouse will fly to the upper left corner of my screen and won't move until I close out League. Which is quite hard to do without your mouse.

Same, every once in a while, riot fails at their patch from a connection standpoint. Hopefully, it will get better next patch.
