Is this a bug or third party software?
Okay so I played this Irelia top game which I've posted a full video of below, and if you skipp to the seven minute mark, or 6 mins 57 seconds for a good view, I get blinded by a Quinn Q and she is clearly visible in bot lane on the mini map. Please take a look. It's crazy.
