[GAMEPLAY] Veigar Event Horizon and Vladimir Sanguine Pool Interaction

Veigar's Event Horizon used to stun Vladimir while he was in his Sanguine Pool. This was always a thing. After Veigar's rework, this is no longer the case, and Vladimir can pool right through. Could Riot please clarify which one of these they want to happen?

EDIT: I got downvoted? I'm not kidding. I can link YouTube videos showing that Veigar's stun used to hit Vlad in his pool, even though he is untargetable.
