Can't lock in / forced dodge

I was in a lobby contemplating my pick. Timer hit 0, but we all know there are a couple seconds buffer. I probably locked in between 1s and 0s, but it wouldn't let me lock. I was spam clicking to lock in, but it gave me an error that it couldn't lock in my pick and kicked me out.

I have to say the lobbies are super buggy, not sure if just me. When I use the search bar to filter picks and bans, it's really laggy and delayed. Same with selecting a champ and locking in.
