Kayn's Q during E

There's some inconsistency about how his Q "hits" terrain while his E is active.

If he's inside terrain, the whole ability will occur inside of terrain. If he's outside of terrain, he'll smack into terrain just like he was a normal person. The expected behavior is that his dashing benefits from phase-walking.
