Weird inconsistencies with Poacher's Knife smite

There is some weird interactions with Poacher's Knife and the neutral monsters (Crab, Baron, Dragon). It seems that some of these monsters are flagged as "Blue Side" or "Red Side."

• Dragon gives Smite CDR as well as the on-kill bonus gold and MS boost ONLY to Purple Side junglers.
• Baron gives Smite CDR ONLY to Blue Side junglers. Haven't tested the on-kill effects for either side, but I would guess it would be the same as Dragon.
• Baron-side Crab gives Smite CDR ONLY to Purple Side junglers.
• Dragon-side Crab gives Smite CDR ONLY to Purple Side junglers.
• Neither Crab gives the on-kill bonus gold or movespeed to either side jungler.

I don't think these are intended. I know most people don't use Poacher's Smite in most games, but if Riot decides to change the item and it becomes more popular I hope they will look into making the neutral monster behavior more consistent.

I just felt like looking into this because I wanted to see what kind of clearing potential Poacher's gave in a custom game. Also something I found out: you can Smite an enemy camp to "prep" it for the speed boost and gold, then come back and claim it any time if it's not been cleared out. Not very useful but still something to know.
