I have seen it now in several games while spectating and have tested this with friends in a custom game. If I were able to make a video I would.

Lissandra's Ultimate is NOT dealing damage when she Ults herself. Unless this was an intentional change that I missed, its kind of a big deal.

Has anyone at RIOT looked into this yet?

you mean not damaging her self ?

no. She heals herself, but the AoE around her is supposed to deal damage. Run a custom game and try it out.

You can record (30 seconds for the free version) by using FRAPS. As for the bug, i haven't seen or noticed it, but ill look out for it. Most of the time i self ult is in team fights and theres too much going on to notice (I build her tank)
