Can't log in

I haven't been able to log into League this morning. I open the log in screen, enter my password, then the screen animation moves up to the top 5% of the log in screen and the password section shits to the far right. It will then be stuck trying to log in and I have to use the task manager to close it down.

UPDATE: Finally got logged in after running the Hextech Repair Tool and having to reboot my computer. Seems the latest Windows update takes an extra manual restart to fully finish.
