[Bugfix] Window that flashes on screen briefly is caused by Microsoft Office from Windows update.

Hey all, this bug kept on minimizing my client when I happened to click on it in full screen mode, and apparently causes problems in windowed mode as well. Here's a fix:

Search for "Task Scheduler" in your windows search bar and open it.
In the scrolldown menu at the bottom of the window that pops up, double click the task "OfficeBackgroundTaskHandlerLogon".
Disable "OfficeBackgroundTaskHandlerRegistration.exe"

Yeah, Microsoft done goofed. It wasn't effecting my gaming but no way am I not going to dig around and disable the service that is making command prompt windows pop up.

You can try joining Office Insiders Slow instead. You're supposed to be able to access it from the Settings in any Office program, but it doesn't seem to be available to me. I don't know if it has a cost or anything, but it has access to a future patch that is supposed to fix the problem. I don't feel getting minimized once or twice every game, so the OP fix is for impatient people like me.
