[Bugfix] Window that flashes on screen briefly is caused by Microsoft Office from Windows update.

Hey all, this bug kept on minimizing my client when I happened to click on it in full screen mode, and apparently causes problems in windowed mode as well. Here's a fix:

Search for "Task Scheduler" in your windows search bar and open it.
In the scrolldown menu at the bottom of the window that pops up, double click the task "OfficeBackgroundTaskHandlerLogon".
Disable "OfficeBackgroundTaskHandlerRegistration.exe"

Yeah, Microsoft done goofed. It wasn't effecting my gaming but no way am I not going to dig around and disable the service that is making command prompt windows pop up.
