[CRASH] Client Crash on Victory/Defeat animation

This has started happening to me a few days ago. At the end of a game right before the victory or defeat animation rolls the client crashes(doesn't display the animation but just closes) and it drops me back into the main application to the reconnect screen(like the image I attached). At this point a bug-splat screen pops up and I've now submitted that twice. When I click on reconnect it tells me the game no longer exists and puts me back to the home page.

The strangest thing about this is that I've not been able to tie it to any actual variable. It has happened on victory, loss and surrender(my team). It also only happens once every 3-4 games.

I'll continue to submit my bug splat info but I thought I'd bring it up here too. Anyone else having the same issue?
