Skuttle Crab opponent speed boost zone not showing up

This has happened a few times in my recent games where the enemy team kills the scuttle crab in the river and the red circle that gives them a speed boost isnt there and its honestly quite confusing. Like, idk if they still have vision or if my team killed it and nothing s just showing up. I can still see the front of the scuttle crab sticking out of the ground like it normally does, there's just no circle. If there was an update to scuttle that I just dont know about feel free to tell me, if not please get this fixed. Just makes the game confusing
