[Gameplay] Experiencing delay unrelated to fps or ping

Lately i have been experiencing a random delay that feels like lag,but when i check my fps and ping are fine (for me). I have heard it happened before but some of the methods won't work now,any idea what to do? I have literally lost my last two ranked games due to this (or given up some deaths) and its making kiting,dodging,skillshots end everything lol based impossible.
