Syndra gameplay breaking bug

Ok so for a while I thought this bug would just go away. It hasnt I see it every game now and it negatively affects syndra's gameplay. Sometimes when i pick up a minion with W the second part of W cast will just completely disappear ill lose mana and it will go on cooldown but i cant throw the minion. This happens a good 55% of the time when picking up minions im not sure if ive noticed it on picking up spheres but this happens every time i play her. Its definitely something that a rioter could notice if they go into a bot game and just test her they will see it happening. Can this please get hotfixed or put into the next patch.

I believe a Rioter is onto bugs concerning W (picking up mid-flight orbs from R, Minion dying on pick, etc.)

I'm sure they are aware. There's a similar bug with Tahm Kench whenever he tries to eat a minion, that's been around since last patch at least. It makes me think it has something to do with those particular skills that manipulate minions.
