So... I was having a slight connection issue last night, but I ended up loading in. Max level on either team was 3. I bought my items and headed towards my lane, but my team was still able to start a remake vote AFTER I was connected. Two teammates said yes, two said no, and I of course said no, but the game ended anyway. Please fix.
Remake takes a 30% vote to pass. 2/5 is still 40%, and a passing vote.
And it doesn't matter that you reconnected or not. If people were already level 3, that tells me you were certainly disconnected for the required 90 seconds out of the first 180 seconds of the game, which is what enables the remake vote.
You're level 1 coming in against level 3's. I certainly wouldn't want to sign up for starting a game with that kind of disadvantage.
A remake requires someone to be disconnected/marked as AFK for at least 90 seconds of the first 3 minutes of the game. If you were disconnected for that long (which I believe you were since there were players at level 3) then a remake vote will trigger, even if you reconnect to the game.
As for the number of votes required for it to pass, only 30% of the votes need to be yes. 2/5 votes is 40%, so that's enough for the remake votes to pass.
