youre dead. karthus channels his ult you respawn his ult hits you.
theres no beam showing that he targets you and from a ton of arams i know for a fact that it never was like that. if you respawned AFTER he started to channel, you dont get hit.

Arammus1 voteswell i was garen with almost 4000 hp so his 500 dmg did not bother me. but to our twitch he did 1300. and that was almost twitchs entire hp. so yea.
and no it was ALWAYS that you dont get hit when he channels it while youre dead.
