Champion Select Order Bug

There appears to be a bug where mid-laners are given first pick rotation (1st pick blue or 1st/2nd pick red) a large majority of the time. I want to say about 90% of the time over a sample size of 30-50+ games. I'm not talking about me specifically. And there are outliers, but this has to be more than coincidence over this many games.
