[CLIENT] Draft Select Freezes at 0

In normal draft que, during pick/banning phase a random persons timer will hit 0 and will stay there, leaving you unable to see what is being picked/banned or do anything picking/banning wise until the client boots you for not picking/banning a champion. Can see other peoples chat, but they cannot see yours.

1. Get into Draft Que champion select.
2. Wait until it bugs out and somebodie's timer reaches 0.
3. Get kicked for being 'Afk'.

Frequency: 3 out of 4 games.
