League FREEZES Not A Bug Splat Anyone Else?

This has been happening for a pretty long time. Sometimes in matches it is completely random when this happens my league freezes. I'll be running down the lane when suddenly the music continues to play but my whole screen freezes. I cannot Alt tab, Alt f4, or even screen shot cause my computer is completely frozen. I have to shut down my computer and reboot everything then open league and rejoin. The thing that sucks is that my laner catches up with me and it IS very irritating to destroy your opponent and to stop carrying because your game froze at random. Iv'e asked players in game if it been happening to them and they say "yea my leagues been freeing too." although i'm not sure if they are talking about the same thing.

Today, I played a match Thresh and me vs Janna and Ashe bot lane. After we just killed them we decided to back and make our way towards dragon. Yasuo mid got ganked by 3 people and we were in the bush near river near the mid lane bush where drag is and instead of throwing Yasuo the lantern (Thresh was plat and he was doing very good the whole game) just stood there instead of actually doing something about it. A couple seconds later and this thresh is still staying still, he even gave us a plan on how we were gonna take drag before all of this happened. 5 minutes later I head bot lane and he is STILL in the bush afk and he hasn't been disconnected due to connection issue and he would have walked back. This look like the exact same problem i've been having.

1. Thresh stops moving when ready to preform and action.
2. Music is still audible.
3. Doesn't move when about to go in.
4. Dies if a fight commences.
5. Stays in game until shutting down computer or till the leaver buster kicks for afk.
6. Return to the game behind.

The only thing is Thresh didn't come back. I was farming bot lane and he was still in that bush. I then backed then coincidentally MY game freezes and the same thing happens to me. Before I dced I had clicked where the minions were and as I was leaving spawn my game froze. I quickly shut down my computer and tried to reconnect but it was too late. I had walked down bot lane into Janna and Ashe. I know this because I came back in spawn with a death on my record. Thresh also got kicked for afk before I had gotten back. He must have thought his computer was going to unfreeze so he could continue playing but that wasn't the case and got disconnected or he didn't bother to rejoin after waiting a few minutes and just gave up.

Please, anyone who this has been happening to share your stories here or if you have had noticed anything similar please report it here so we can fix it.

If this is just a me problem a solution would be nice.
