[INGAME] Failing to flash walls SOMETIMES results into a random movement command towards cursor.

Reproduction steps: Go in Practice mode, enable auto-reset of cooldowns, get yourself close to one of the thickest walls, and find a place where it's too thick to flash. Stand still. Try and fail to flash several times.

Expected result: your champ either never moves after facewalling, or always does. Observed result: your champ will only sometimes move.
