Champion Select - Pick phase ended when the first pick locked in (EUW)

Unsure if repeatable:

• Ranked Solo/Duo
• We were missing one ban - not sure if our captain had connection issues.
• It was our teams first pick phase (they had picked Vladimir).
• 20 seconds to go the captain locked-in (as Katarina) and the turn-timer disappeared.
• Me and my duo were kicked from the queue because "3mptylord failed to pick a champion".
• He stated he could still see the timer and confirmed 20 seconds to go.
• I suffered dodge penalties. :@
