Zac W AP ratio not live
The patch notes for this update read that 
has a 2% per 100 AP ratio of enemy max health on his W, but this is not the case in-game.
Either apply the patch as listed or don't list falsities in your patch notes in the future.

It is applied, the ability description just isn't changed. You can try it in practice tool.
