replay breaking bug basically

So im trying to record some highlights from my replays, but EVERY SINGLE TIME i try to skip ahead like 3 or 4 minutes to when the team fights start, the replay skips to the VERY LAST second of the replay. This is not the first time i have had this bug happen to me, but this is the first time that EVERY time i load the replay, and try to skip ahead to the action, the replay skips to the VERY LAST SECOND. This is very annoying, and basically ruins the entire replay system. Like if you are trying to go back and watch a precise moment in a game, it will skip to the last second of the game, trying to record or highlight a team fight in a game, skips to the last second of the game. What is the point of the replay system timeline, if every time i click to a precise moment on the time the replay just skips to the very last second of the game. Only way i can record this team fight now, is if i sit through the first 15 minutes of farming. Im not sure if this is happening for all my replays, but its happening every single time i load the 1 replay that i care about right now.
